Mailchimp Custom Template - Newsletter

I need a custom template designed and coded for mailchimp for a company called SalonOnline - www.salononline.com.au

We'd like it coded so we can alter fonts + pictures using the same template in future.

We sell hairdressing and beauty products to consumers, both retail and trade, and will email them weekly.

Theme of template to be a "What's Hot this week" style template. We like the design to use the colours incorporated in the logo (pink and purple)

I have attached a template that i've played with in mailchimp. It is terrible and I would like nothing like this :)

The way the photos are laid out could work but the colours need to work a lot better and smoother
