Objective:
Create a professional, visually appealing digital flyer to announce the opening of Concrete Recyclers' new Minto Yard. This flyer will be sent to clients via email and should convey key information about the new facility, its benefits, and the company's commitment to sustainability and customer service.

The copy for the flyer has been provided in the attached Word document.

Several photos are attached. I will be getting some drone photos of the site tomorrow morning and will upload them as well.
