Trade Publication Job Ad Design Project

We need to post a job advert in various trade publications to advertise a new position within our business. The dimensions of the advert vary between publications and therefore we need the same adverts in three different dimensions (two are the same):
Publication 1 (MT)- Half page -12cm x 4cols (120mm high x 175mm wide)
Publication 2 (CD) - Half Page - (142mm high x 190mm wide)
Publication 3 (AM) - Half Page - (180mm high x 128mm wide)
Publication 4 (FN) - Half Page - (180mm high x 128mm wide)
