Design the 1st of 6 postcards marketing government software

We sell permit software to government agencies and need an eye catching postcard for our direct mailing campaign. This will be the first card in a series of 6. Designs should use our company color palette found in the attached "logo master details.pdf" and resemble our website design at geocivix.com. The postcard should have a modern and minimalistic feel and should use imagery of "small town main street" such as the attached "retail-store" photo. The front of the card should display the headline "Automate Your Plan Review Workflow and Cut Review Times In Half" and feature our logo. The back of the card should prominently display our website "GeoCivix.com" and also feature our 4 products as seen in the solutions section of our home page (Citizen Access, Plan Review, Permits, Inspections).
