Please put our logo at the top left corner and then Tyler Family Dental, PLLC in Bold print.
along with our information on the left side.
Please only add 4 lines to the remarks line, and move the teeth up.
Under the teeth, please write:
We Accept CHIPS and Medicaid for Children and We also Accept Most Major Insurances. Payment Plans Available. Se Habla Espanol.
On the back of the post card please put the map I have sent in on the business card. Also, Please put our information and logo again at the bottom of the map.
