An internet cafe based within a male-only labour accomodation facility in the United Arab Emirates needs to advertise its presence and services to the employees who live at the facility.

The cafe is called "The IT Room" and it offers customers the opportunity to use high-speed broadband internet to engage in activities such as Skype Web Cam chat with family back home, email, facebook, etc, as well as movies and other entertainment from a variety of countries including India. Customers can also purchase refreshments such as biscuits, cakes, tea, 'chai karak' (a local kind of tea), cold soft drinks.

The cost of the internet at the cafe is 5 AED per hour, however users can purchase 10 hours for 40 AED - which should be promoted as a special offer, and these 10 hours can be used whenever the user wishes with no validity limits.
