Project Planning & Communication Process

Need a PowerPoint slide that illustrates our project planning and communication cycle. Our company has key meetings, and key communication vehicles (like emails and follow up tools) that we use to ensure our frontline staff are prepared to execute the new project successfully. This document needs to call out how the different components, like the meetings and emails, work together (like a flow chart), so someone who needs to use this process will understand what they should do. The slide needs to be simple yet comprehensive enough to guide someone through the details. I don't want it overwhelming. The primary focus is the process, not the details.

Use the color pallette included within the slide (shades of blue and gray, and black). This is for an insurance company (www.floridablue.com). Use this as a reference for the look and feel.
