Technical equipment supplier needs attractive template for their technical specification sheets

Very often we need to send via email an A4 page of technical information so that our customers can understand the specifications of the product. Currently these are created on word and look very boring. We need some interesting layout such that the A4 pages look more professional. The background should not be too distracting such that it takes away from the information.
