Real Estate for sale sign

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein signage design vorgenommen hatte.

We need a for sale sign designed for our new brokerage MTN Buff Real Estate. I am really leaning towards something similar and have been liking this copper color shown in my example. I really want the main said as minimal as possible.

What I am after is something that has the following:

Main focus is the Buffalo. It's ok to separate the MTN Buff from the buffalo if you want to move it around. Its doesn't have to be at the bottom like the logo.

Must haves: (Ideally in order of size and focus. We want the Buffalo to stand out and the company name)
