Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein signage design vorgenommen hatte.
Fields Collins Properties is a real estate investment firm specializing in buying and then renting/selling houses and apartment buildings.
We would like our new office building to display the sign:

Size of building is 30 ft wide x 13 ft high and we could use the top portion of the wall for such signage. We can use about 65 sq. ft. and are flexible with the shape, colors, the usage of an image and the overall design.
We're including our logo (which will be on a monument sign in front of the property) and photos of the surroundings. We would like a tasteful and professional looking business sign rather than a commercial advertising banner on the building. Please no bright red or yellow like in a sale sign. Colors similar to the ones in our logo will be fine.
Sign has to represent our services which we hope to offer to upscale clients in the community.
