Stationery Design needed for logo design project

Hier ist was FrontPage Interactive suchte für sein stationery design.

This company needs a letterhead and envelope for their new practice. We did not want to release this contact until the business card design was finalized so the stationary can be created to coordinate with it.

For those of you that will be submitting designs for this content, think "linear". Designs with curves or "swooshes" are not appropriate for this design.

NOTE: As part of the source files; I will require FULLY LAYERED PHOTOSHOP FILES of all elements, including design elements, text and fonts. If you cannot provide a fully layered PSD file, please do not submit.
