Chest and stomach tattoo design

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein tattoo design vorgenommen hatte.

Use attached photo as a reference for a tattoo stencil. This will be for my chest / stomach front side bodysuit. Ideally want to replicate this as closely as possible but not just a cut and paste - I could do that. Particularly love the scrollwork and the skeleton design etc. Open to additional elements being introduced but want to maintain the core of this design around the images submitted.
