Tattoo Design for Shoulder Scar

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein tattoo design vorgenommen hatte.

I have ~5 inch scar from shoulder surgery. The shoulder surgery was due to multiple shoulder dislocations doing activities I love: skydiving, rock-climbing, scuba diving. I would like a tattoo design using the scar and incorporating skydiving, rock climbing, and scuba diving with scar. I am thinking small watercolor but open to ideas.
