Rock on skull tattoo design with bandana face cover and the year 1946 incorporated somewhere

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein tattoo design vorgenommen hatte.

I want to combined the "rock on" skull design with the bandana around it. But the bandana to be green (kelly green) and white. Incorporate "1946". I want to get this as a tattoo so make it some that can transfer well to the application. The pictures are just ideas I want put all together.
