Tattoo design that stems off my first one following the theme.

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein tattoo design vorgenommen hatte.

I want to stem off of this one tattoo that I've gotten and make my arm more interesting and unique. Preferably sticking with the same theme of this current one on my arm. I'm also going to make it symmetrical with my other arm. Also fetch me some designs for my shoulder.
