Che Geuvara Style T-shirt

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein t-shirt design vorgenommen hatte.

I want to make a Che Guevara (see attached che-tee.jpg) style shirt using the attached harveyupdyke.jpg pic. Just want to capture his face and the elephant hat. Will print on a red shirt.

I'm not sure what you call the style of design. All I need is the black image to upload to tee-spring to print on a red shirt. But this link describes what I am talking about....
