New Co-op/Hire T-Shirt for Environmentally-Focused Construction & Engineering Company

We are a construction company that focuses on building water and wastewater infrastructure. Our tagline is "Building a Better Environment." Our company branding is adventurous, strong, and clean.
For this project, we are looking for a fun t-shirt design that we could hand out to new hires or new co-ops. We are looking for a playful, bold approach that largely focuses on typography.
Phrases that we are considering are "jUSt made the best decision of my life", "There's no hustle without US!", "I got on the bUS!", "Building a better environment with US!" and "Thrilled to Build with US".
While we are looking for designs that include big, dramatic text, we would also be interested to see designs that also incorporate water and construction themes or elements. Designs should also include our logo, either on the front or the back of the shirt -- however, the focus of the design should not be on the logo.
