Design logo for a jacket embroidery

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein t-shirt design vorgenommen hatte.

I want to create a Graphic image to place on a jacket on the left breast. The image should be approximately 4.5 inch wide and 2.75 inch tall. I would like the boat to have the shape of the first photo ( the dark blue boat) But I would like the boat to have the color scheme of the second photo (light blue). Then I would like to have the name Nor Tech in a crescent shape about the boat. The style of the name Nor Tech is the third file. Eliminate the words ‘hi performance boats’ from the Nor Tech logo.
