Design a new shirt for our family friendly gym Fitness Forum

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Australia für sein t-shirt design vorgenommen hatte.

We are a well established Gym in Green Valley NSW Australia. We are very different to the usual type gyms, in that we are very family friendly and community oriented. Therefore we have a very diverse culture, with ages from 16 to 86 both males and females. We have had a previous shirt design that sold well enough, it is attached, front and rear. I would like something a little more dynamic now on both the front and rear. It would need to suit both males and female and a broad age group. I would like the logo to be at least on the back in some way, so it is still recognizable. But as I stated it would like the shirt to be more dynamic. We will be using digital printing, so the number of colours and shading isn't an issue. I just don't want the typical gym shirt with barbells etc.
The designs will be printed onto a black t-shirt. Please note, this will NOT be done via dye sublimation. So designs need to be chest and upper back locations.
