Truck-mounted crane company needs a t-shirt design

We are a midwest truck-mounted crane company and we need a t-shirt design for employee event shirts. The design should incorporate an image of an antique crane, a simplified color scheme, and rustic or industrial font (an original company sign included as a reference, does not need to be exact). Ideally the truck would be in scenery (instead of the truck crane standing alone on the shirt). Midwestern landscape or construction site background might look nice. Company logo should be on shirt but does not need to be part of main design (could be on sleeve, left crest, etc). Ideal final design would look illustrated rather than photographic, masculine, and vintage.
