New Haven, CT USA gym needs a t shirt design

We need a t shirt design for our weightlifting and cross training gym. The name is "Strength Haven Athletics" and it is located in New Haven, CT USA. The gym offers group fitness classes, weightlifting, powerlifting, and personal training. We're very community-oriented, friendly, and approachable - we're not going for anything that's too aggressive or intimidating. It would be great to incorporate an element that is specific to New Haven, CT. The primary colors of the gym are red and black, but the t shirt design doesn't have to follow the same color scheme.
