Police Fraternity Looking for Retro Shirt Design

We're a co-ed police and criminal justice fraternity named Chi Pi Sigma (??S) founded on October 14, 1935, at San Jose State University. We envision a vintage-inspired t-shirt design showcasing the iconic Tower Hall. Alongside this, we'd love to incorporate a classic 1950s police car, our Greek letters, and a star badge highlighting our values: "Prudence, Tolerance, Truth, Justice, Temperance, Fortitude, Brotherhood." As a playful touch, let's subtly integrate a cartoon pig and a green dragon into the design. Our colors are maroon and gray. Attached is our crest that should be included.
