Stupendous Stays - Boutique Short-term rental management branded shirts

I need some tee shirt designs for for my boutique short-term rental management company. Airbnb and vacation rental management. We are located in Columbus, OH and our mission is to "crafting exceptional guest experiences, one stay at a time." We have high standards of quality and do things differently than most property management companies so we're not looking for a plain/boring real estate design common in our industry. We would like our shirts to stand out a bit but not be too loud. Our logo is attached and we want that implemented into the design somehow. I'd like front and back designs in the shirt. The front can just be our logo over the chest. Open to suggestions. The back is more so where we are looking for some kind of design.
