T-Shirt Designs for Civil Affairs Company

I'd like to create a t-shirt for my unit. This is a Civil Affairs Company. I went to merge the BN's insignia (attached) with the Apache stone / indian person.

Was thinking a blend of the two for the left chest on the front of a t-shirt, but wanted to create something that was more encompassing of being a "warrior diplomat" on the back of the t-shirt..
