Fields Family and Friends Fright Fest

I need a Tshirt designed for Halloween. The design must include the words Fields Family and Friends Fright Fest. There needs to be a small chest logo and a logo for the back of a tshirt. These shirts are given away, so the less colors the better (to save on printing), but if you can knock it out of the park start swinging. File uploaded is from last year. The shirt will be black.
