Too Hot VU Meter tshirt design

Hier ist was VoxPros suchte für sein t-shirt design.

I would like to design a tshirt with a VU meter - as in the sample - with the words Too Hot! underneath the meter. It can look like photo or other image similar to clip art. You are the artist, so you can decide what is best. It should look fun and exciting. It is for t-shirts for women. Please let me know if you have questions.

UV Meter should look more like the sample attached please. The needle of the meter should be in "the red zone".
