Super hero character for casino website

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United Kingdom für sein vector design vorgenommen hatte.

We are looking for a super hero character called Mr 777 for an online casino (www.casino777.be). The style of the character should be ‘Belgian comic book’, like for example Tintin. Visually however the feel should be a bit more contemporary, like in this casino game: http://www.casino777.be/NetEnt/game/netent_jackhammer2_sw
We want the character in the following positions:
- standing
- in a presentation pose
- action hero pose (flying, one arm raised).

The numbers 777 should be represented on this outfit.
Requirements:
- vector .eps format
- RGB colour scheme
- artwork must be organized by layers, named, etc... and be editable.
