Full working website for a NZ irrigation brand

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in New Zealand für sein web design vorgenommen hatte.

We need a full working website for a new brand for a company based in New Zealand called "Pulse Irrigation". We will be supplying electricity to farms for irrigation during the summer months when irrigation is used the most in NZ. Our target/ niche market this this product is for are farmers/farms.
We have reserved a website domain name called www.pulseirrigation.co.nz and have previously got a logo from this website with the tag line underneath saying "the power behind your irrigation". The colours are blue and green predominantly with a bit of yellow - will upload a file to a visual.
It will be a simple website with approximately four - 8 pages:
1. Homepage
2. About us
3. Explain our service
4. Contact us.
5. T&C's
6. Fee's
7. Privacy Policy

pages 5,6,7 are very simple and mainly text based so shouldnt be too much work
Very simple easy navigation with appropriate pictures/tag lines.
