E-learning site

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Romania für sein web design vorgenommen hatte.

All the explination are provided in the files that I have attached.

For short :
• This project will be an e-learning platform. It will have an admin area and the site (the user area).
• I need a design for the site part.
• For now, I will need a design only for the homepage and if somebody creats an acceptable homepage for me, we can continue the colaboration to finish the rest of the site.
• The main ideea of the platform is that from the admin area, a tutor can create courses (with video, audio, text attachements ) ca schedule live sessions, can accept or reject users and etc..
• On the site (the user area) the courses will be avaible for users. There will be free courses, paid courses and other functionalities if you log in as an user.
• For now, let us focus mainly on the homepage of the site.
