Existing site is at ac.brightfutureinsurance (dot) com.
Rearrange elements as needed to create a modem look.
Not every element / all of the text need to be kept, design should be flexible enough to allow for new text (of different length) to be used.
Site should have a clear calls to action, such as get a quote and contact us.
Ability, call to action, to switch to Russian should be clearly visible near the top, translation will not be done by google, thus attribution is not needed.
Unused features (such as blog) should be dropped.
Images, besides logos, can be brand new.
Site should adhere to standard design practices (such as grid) and ideally be compatible with existing framework (such as bootstrap).
