Rustic book theme for a website that sells T-shirts

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Spain für sein web design vorgenommen hatte.

Design #: 3365053 is closest to how the front of the book should look, but I'd like to see other options similar to this

Design #: 3335732 is closest to how the inside of the book should look, again I'd like to see variations on this

Client wants a design for a website that will encompass a rustic book design as its centric theme. The pages of the book will be the website itself. The products sold by the client are t-shirts with a war story/theme behind them, hence the old book design.
