New Lead input page design

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein web design vorgenommen hatte.

Attached is our concept of a new lead input screen for the back-end of our website which is a tool for a loan agent (2 page PDF attached)

1. This is the first of many other data input screen projects for our website, so the designer that ends up with us will have quite a bit of add on new projects.

3. The colors and hues of: either GREEN & GREYS or BLUE & GREYS.

4. I think some gradients and shadows adds depth and sophistication. Basically trying to get away from old school flat, one dimensional data screen inputs and add some design flare to it.

5. Upon completion we will need the HTML of the design etc and we will code the input fields directly.
