3 JPG Website Page Mockups need tidying / made into layered PSDs

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Australia für sein web design vorgenommen hatte.

Our website is aimed at creating a financial eduction site for females.

We have mockups of each page which are provided in jpeg.... but they need to be tidied up, layered into PSD (with descriptive layer names to allow coding from and no flattening - each object needs it's own layer) and we welcome any creative improvements suggested (although we are pretty happy with the way it's laid out at the moment as it is), without changing the feel, colour scheme or functionality of the site.

Three pages are needed:
Home page when not logged in
Home page when logged in
Topic header page


Please just upload the homepage to bid for the job... the winning designer will then have 5 days after they've been chosen to supply the psds of the other 2 pages .

I have also uploaded an image that can be used as a placeholder in the top box.
