We are setting up a new company to make small business loans over the internet. We have a logo. Customers will apply on line, so the online application must allow customers to upload files.

We need a complete design and also a some who can build the online application and website for us (CODING). When applicants fill out fields, at various points they may be able to move to the next questions or receive a notice that their application is not eligible for funding.

Sample sites are: FundingCircle.com/us, DealStruck.com, Fundation.com, OnDeck.com, CanCapital.com, swiftcapital.com, fundera.com.

We think WordPress makes the most sense but we are open to suggestions.
