Wordpress Design Project for Employee Communications Site

We need a Wordpress design for a company that strategizes on and produces materials for employee communications. Improving employee communications at all levels of an organization can help improve overall company performance and results. The site needs to look very clean and professional; we're not afraid of white space. We like the functionality that Wordpress provides; however, we only want one "true" blog page; the other pages should give the impression of a more "static" web site - particularly the home page. I have a logo that I can provide.

I like the very clean and monochromatic looks to many of these. I don't have to have monochromatic, but I do like minimal colors. Simple, clean, organized.
