Icon Design for Cloud Memory App

We need a new icon for a new app soon to be launched called MemorizeIt! It helps you to keep track of your real life in real time, with text, photos and videos, maps, and graphs, tracking where you are and what you're doing through your smart phone like an auto-populating log book (TrackIt), as well as a diary or note taker you enter anything you want into (NoteIt) which is great on your computer or tablet, a time tracker for keeping track of people you pay, like babysitters or the handyman, or how long you're sick for, etc (TimeIt), and a list taker (ListIt).
