Icon-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new icon for a new app soon to be launched called MemorizeIt! It is currently going through a redesign, so don't use the existing colours, but it can be found here: https://memorizeit.com, https://apps.facebook.com/memorizeitdotcom/, and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kshinenterprises.kshinent.memorizeit
in the iOS App store after the redesign!

It helps you to keep track of your real life in real time, with text, photos and videos, maps, and graphs, tracking where you are and what you're doing through your smart phone like an auto-populating log book (TrackIt), as well as a diary or note taker you enter anything you want into (NoteIt) which is great on your computer or tablet, a time tracker for keeping track of people you pay, like babysitters or the handyman, or how long you're sick for, etc (TimeIt), and a list taker (ListIt). Basically it's the go to app for anything you want to remember temporarily or long term, and is available to you through any device as it is hosted in the cloud.

Colour scheme will be Vibrant Day (light blue sky, almost white clouds, green grass), and DarKnight (black sky, light grey clouds, blue & orange neon highlights) depending on the time of day the app is accessed. So the icon can be either scheme.

The final design should communicate "your memory in the cloud" and what it does along with a prominent "M".

It should not be cartoonish. Photorealistic or 3D would be cool. It should stand out in a sea of other icons.

Looking for an icon for use in all the App stores, so that's from 2048 x 2048 (high detail) to 57 x 57 (basic).
