I'd like to see some unique designs for both "M@W" and "Momentum@Work"...you can be creative on whether or not the letters are capitalized (m@w or momentum@work)...see what looks better to you. My first choice will likely be something creative, symbolic and smart.
This company provides Industrial/Organizational Psychology consulting (think Org Development type work) services to both government and private sector organizations. In addition to consulting, we also provide Executive Coaching for Senior level staff. I want to communicate professionalism, and the sense that these services enhance and improve human capital. We are focused on helping clients hire, promote, retain and mold the right people.

A thought to keep in mind: If you worked for a company and needed to hire a consultant to help with your employees (hiring, assessing or guiding behavior, etc), what would you want to see? What would grab you or catch your eye in a logo that would make you feel good about using that consultant over another?

don't know if this is crazy or not, but am thinking about an image that conveys moving light. Can you create that? i would like to see the company name with a logo that shows light in motion. Any takers?
