Corporate logo for consulting/coaching company

Hier ist was Momentum@Work suchte für sein logo design.

I'd like to see some unique designs for both "M@W" and "Momentum@Work"...you can be creative on whether or not the letters are capitalized (m@w or momentum@work)...see what looks better to you. My first choice will likely be something creative, symbolic and smart.

This company provides Industrial/Organizational Psychology consulting (think Org Development type work) services to both government and private sector organizations. In addition to consulting, we also provide Executive Coaching for Senior level staff. I want to communicate professionalism, and the sense that these services enhance and improve human capital.
