E-Mail Marketing-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We us the WHMCS billing system and need to have a custom template made for the system emails that get sent out to our customers. These would include, invoices, Payment confirmations, password reset,etc.

We are looking for a more modern look but not over complicated that it is not viewable by the major email clients and web clients.

Scope of work:
• Graphical design that would include the colors and "general look" of our website.
• Coded the template to follow WHMCS's global head and footer setting for the system email.
• Certify that it works on the major email clients and web clients.
• Template be mobile compatible
• This template will be broken up into three section, global header and footer, then the body as separate section that will be used for the different email subjects.
• Strongly prefer that the designer have experience with WHMCS
• Prefer that the template have some type of section for call to actions, upgrade up sell, etc but keeping it simple.
• Would like to have the logo and any images automatically download(embedded) in the email so they are viewed by the client automatically.

We have done a little research about mobile compatible (responsive) templates and did find this general frame work listed below that does reference WHMCS but there is very little documentation and reference from WHMCS directly. If we have questions that WHMCS will have to answer we can forward to their support to assist.
