As regards automatically showing images, keeping them inline instead of hotlinking them from your website would have the same effect; most email clients/services will still require the recipient to click on "show images" if the sender is not on user's "safe senders list".

I understand you need to configure only the global header and global footer of your WHMCS to wrap responsively around the multitude of text email templates (General Messages, Invoice/Support/Admin Messages etc.). Code should be split in 2 and accommodate these text messages. Also you require a banner/advertising area placed just above the footer.
Please correct me if i'm wrong..

For header: besides your logo and phone number, do you have another elements to be included? Would be nice to upload your logo here on DC, in any vector format.
Regarding the footer: there should be some menu-like links with services offered, pointing to your website and maybe some support/help links. Also you will need to include the complete contact information (company, address, emails/phone) which i cannot find on your website.

I am working on some very simple HTML template based on responsive tables, and will submit a screenshot soon.
At some point you will need to provide me user/pass to access Setup > General Settings > Mail tab in order to correct any "breakup" of tags and do some tests.

The code should be into 3 sections, header, body and footer. I will upload the example code based on the Ink templates that was referenced in the project brief. This was broken up and commented by my old developer before she left the company.

As far as the access to insert the code we can’t give access to this because this is our billing system. If the template is done based on the Ink template that I attached it should work.
