Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my new home-based diaper service business. The logo will be used on our website, for marketing on fliers and brochures, as a sticker on products we sell. It will be the face of the company.
Business is called 'Loads of Joy' and the tagline is 'modern diapers for mountain families'
We provide the new style of diapers that are one piece held with snaps. NOT the old cloth ones with pins and plastic pants.

The logo cannot have an old style cloth diaper on it as they bring to mind old fashioned, labor intensive etc. Logo needs to be eye catching and also let people know we are modern and forward thinking.

Our geographical area, which is Lake Tahoe, California, has people who are into the outdoors, mountain/water sports, nature, living green, and conservation. The logo needs to appeal to these types of people.

We have the famous Lake Tahoe as well as Sierra Nevada mountain range here and the logo can incorporate either the unique shape of the lake, or mountains.

I would like the logo to be an illustration, not photo. I would like the colors to be more towards pastel or organic (such as blue and green on a globe) and overall must be gender neutral.

I would like to see a globe or earth incorporated into the logo, or letters hanging from a clothesline, or possibly a stork and baby(with personality.)

I would like the words of the logo incorporated into the picture. I attached a logo design that has a great idea but the babies need to be drawn better, more like the other baby clip art I attached, and the font for 'diaper service' needs to be changed, and the colors have to be altered and more coordinated.

The babies need to be realistic, no anime or stick figures. The artwork needs to have personality. Fonts should not have hard edges but should be rounded and more 'bubble letters'
I do not want to stand out and be different from all the other baby centered companies, I want to align right with them as this is a very small business and servies a local area.

I really want the logo to have personality and for people to either think 'awww how cute' or else 'wow, that's really nice' when they see the logo.

• Babies, Colors, Illustration/cartoon with either cute personality or classic clean upscale
  I prefer if you are able to incorporate the business name into it, instead of a drawing and the business name on the top or bottom.
  Hoping for the drawing and the name combined.
  You can do: * Earth/Globe with baby. *Lake Tahoe (outline or shape of the lake) incorporated with a cloth diaper (I've added pictures of modern diapers to show what they look like) *The logo I attached, with better font/colors/drawings of babies *Something totally different that is going to be amazing!!

• 'Modern diapers for mountain families' as a tagline.
  I would love to see a baby playing with a globe and will attach an example of a logo I had designed which is a perfect start. The babies need to have more personality and less anime, and the colors need to be altered. The font for 'diaper service' also has to be changed to be more standard and less edgy. I attached clip art of a baby hugging a globe that I LOVE. baby has personalty, colors are great, I think it's wonderful.

• No photos it needs to be an illustration. No stick figures or anime, the drawings need to have character and the colors need to be appealing and coordinating. If you use blue and yellow in the drawing, those same colors should be used in the font.
  
  No old fashioned cloth diapers. If you are showing a baby in a diaper it needs to be a modern style one, not an old white one.
