Can you guarantee payment please?

I promise 100% if there is a logo design submitted that I like and want to use that I will pay. I have a budget set aside just for my logo, and this is within that amount.
I'm a little worried about doing the payment guarantee just in case I don't like any of them. I'm new to this website, and not sure if I can do the guarantee once I see things that look good, but I'm happy to do that as well. The logo I submitted as an example was fully paid for, I just chose not to use it and tried to pay again to get changes made but they never replied to my email...

OK. I will see if I can get a design I like this time around. If there aren't any that will work, I will try again with a guaranteed payment and see if I can attract more designers to help.
It is not a very sophisticated business, quite small and basic. The logo does not need to be very intricate, so I don't imagine it will take much time for a good designer.
