Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am wanting a logo designed for a Real Estate company. The company will be called MOVE Properties.

I like the idea of the M as a focal point graphic. I have seen this done as a header to the actual words that spell Move Properties.

Attached are some images I really like. I am open to some creative ideas but I do like the wax seal and the M idea.
I am looking for a logo that is both modern and current and one that also appeals to a more traditional client. This will be the trademark and most important graphic for the company. I believe a red logo with a blocking using grey would be appealing but I am open to other color choices. I do want bright white as the background for the MOVE Properties. I believe the logo should be in all caps or at least the MOVE portion with modern spacing. Most importantly the logo needs to be readable. It will be on street signage, letter heads, business cards and need to transfer to large and big formats with easy. you can visit har.com to look at the internet sizing that it will be. It can't be so small that you can not read it and it can't be so horizontal that it does not fit into square or rectangle applications. I hope this makes sense! The wording itself most likely will be in black I would be open to a creative slick design of a silhouette of a house but only if it appeals to a sophisticated audience.
