Logo Design Project - Move Properties

Hier ist was Move Properties suchte für sein logo design.

I am wanting a logo designed for a Real Estate company. The company will be called MOVE Properties.

I like the idea of the M as a focal point graphic. I have seen this done as a header to the actual words that spell Move Properties.

Attached are some images I really like. I am open to some creative ideas but I do like the wax seal and the M idea.
I am looking for a logo that is both modern and current and one that also appeals to a more traditional client. This will be the trademark and most important graphic for the company. I believe a red logo with a blocking using grey would be appealing but I am open to other color choices. I do want bright white as the background for the MOVE Properties. I believe the logo should be in all caps or at least the MOVE portion with modern spacing. Most importantly the logo needs to be readable.
