Hi, what does PSD stand for, pls quickly explain difference between PSD and coding in lay mans terms.

PSD (Photoshop Document), meaning just the design itself.
Or are you requiring the coding as well referring to the HTML/CSS documents.

I don't think you understand what it actually means to design and code a website.

Coding a website simply means making a website work. The navigation bars linking, etc., just the way your original website is.

If this is what you're looking for, then I don't think any designer who understands this project would be willing to participate, because:

1. The time-frame for the project is too short,
2. The winning amount is too poor.

I believe the time and amount for this kind of project is just the designing, maybe the first page to see how it looks, then you hire coders to code it.

Please think about it, make changes to your brief to allow designers to start participating. Also, remove the other websites you want the winner to handle. If conflicts with the original project.
