Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

2 Wells is an industrial-chic, new residential development in South Baltimore (SOBO). The property offers light and spacious apartments and numerous amenity spaces, including a rooftop lounge, rooftop fitness center and multiple rooftop decks, as well as a courtyard and fully-featured Resident’s Club.

The building will be rated LEED Silver, which means that energy efficient building practices will be used.

SOBO is an established urban neighborhood of 3-story row houses. The area is easily accessible to Federal Hill, downtown Baltimore and employment north and south of the City. The completion of 1901 South Charles – across Wells Street from 2 Wells – brought a sophisticated new vibe to the area. First – floor service retail in 2 Wells will further enhance the neighborhood.
Many units will have wall-to-wall windows and nine foot ceilings are standard. Kitchens will have contemporary white cabinetry, granite counters, brushed nickel fixtures, energy-efficient appliances that won’t show fingerprints. Baths will have granite counters, wood cabinetry, contemporary chrome fixtures and ceramic tile floors and tub surround.

Community spaces will include a Resident’s Club with coffee bar, fireplace, big screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, a rooftop lounge, rooftop fitness center, courtyard with club furnishings, a hammock, a garden, bicycle storage, and multiple rooftop decks with panoramic city views.

Please reference 1901 South Charles’ logo as these two buildings are across the street from one another and must be complimentary while still being competitive and distinct. In comparison with 1901 South Charles, 2 Wells will be more urban, edgier and more industrial chic.
