Hi, Tracey. I wonder if you might say, in a few words, what is the connection between teams and tribes, which inspired you to write this book. Doesn't need to be much. Just two sentences, something to help on the brainstorm process. Anything you might say would be of a great help. Thanks,

Thanks for the question.

Tribes are the next level of teams - 21st Century Tirbes ( but don't want it looking 'futuristic' robot like).
Agile, flexible, connected deeply to purpose and to each other. High levels of TRUST , PURPOSE and COLLABORATION.
It's the evolution beyond high performing teams - the connection is deeper and more human rather than task driven. It bring culture and strategy together and is high in co-creation.

Hi Tiago,

I am very drawn to your cover designs. I like the moving feeling you get from the people and the shapes. I would love to see it in the shape of a symbol that represents interconnectedness - something like the seed of life symbol? or infinity symbol, but with the infinity symbol also flowing into small group of people as well to represent the fluidity of people moving seamlessly from one group to the other.

I like the clean look of it. With the image - would love one that shows more interconnection between people? it looks a bit static, and movement is so critical to thriving tribes
