@designcraft, thank yo for your designs 1 and 2, Please review my updates in the brief and the Comment section here. I posted them before I had a chance to give feedback to your designs.I would like to say your first designs are good. You seem to be on the right direction. I look forward to seeing more designs.

My feedback to these designs are as follows:

1. The Slide presentation at the top of the Homepage should display a more creative decorative icon to indicate user selection of the slides. I have seen enough of the left and right arrows.

2. Think of four slides. So can and will the background image change per slide?

3. With exception of the content in the slide, font Size is small. Our audience is older in age. So, increase font size in menu and login on the header, main text, news and events, and in the footer.

4. Identify the Video section as Resources. These are training video presentations. The video has nothing to do with the text you identified as Our Mission.

5. Do not mix the video section with the slide presentation. So, your design-2 follows my request.

6. In your designs show how you handle second-level menu options in the header.

7. Just read my updates and notice Menu list in the header and links in the footer are finalized.

I liked the creativity you used in decorating the footer section. I kept scrolling down to view this section!! Just one minor problem: The font size is too small. Increase by a few points.

Thank you again for your designs. As they say keep''em coming!

OK, I admit I am new to using the DesignCrowd system. My question is how can I send my feedback to designers privately?

von Kreative Ideaz am Sonntag, 29. September 2013

hi
you can ask from the designcrowd support regarding this.

thanks :)

Hello all designer.

First, I found out how to post a private feedback to an individual design. I''ll continue to post here, if I have a general comment that I want every designer to read.

Second, I have seen the new designs. Thank you! I''ll review them and give my feedback privately. This takes time and also writing instructive feedback. So, I ask for your patience. Because of our global presence, I feel I am a 24-hour non-stop work cycle. LOL!

Hi there,

I'm an experienced web developer and capable of producing outputs within least available time, I can share some examples of my work with you but not in this general comment area.

I read the description, comments and updates from your brief and realized that:

1. schedule is tight
2. this design should be 508 compliant
3. image slider should not be run of a mill
4. color scheme should involve blue as in the logo but purple, pink, yellow, brown are not welcome
5. the existing website has Joomla as a back office CMS

I have one question for you, will you be using the same CMS to manage your contents within new design? In that case I could provide you a quick customized solution directly in Joomla. My skype ID is "adnanbinsaeed"

Regards

@M79, thank you for your note. Due to my time constraints, let's use this system (CrowdDesign). Post your design here. It will be fair process. I saw your web site and got a chance to view your previous web site designs.

You summarized my brief. I wrote much more. Anyway, it would be best to submit your designs and I'll be happy to review them.

As for your question about what CMS I will be using, it may be Joomla or my own CMS (a proprietary software). I cannot decide now. I think you're getting a little ahead of me. At this time, my objective is to select a design. Next, to produce static HTML templates (hopefully, the same designer whose design I will select). Finally, to implement the HTML code in the CMS that I will choose.

Regards,
