Please note that I have increased the budget on this project by $400. Another $200 to the winner and $100 each for 2nd and 3rd place entries. Hope to get more traction and better submissions.

To reiterate, this project is meant to create a template file that I can use to change coloring, font, logos, etc. for all illustration components.

The template provided in the summary contains a shadowing which is less important. More importantly, there is a texture for a mesh fabric. That mesh texture should be represented in your template design as these uniforms contain more than one type of fabric. I will upload some photos for reference.
